Jake is something of a Renaissance Man. He lives to learn and use his knowledge and communication skills to raise others' awareness of the beauty, terror, and injustice of the world around. He is a scholar of many fields including biology and the occult. He is also a proficient musician and composer and as a student was awarded the John Philips Sousa Award. He is inspired by Johnny Cash to see the flaws in "the Establishment" and to be a non-conformist. Jake's foot speed is slow.
